Dear Alumni!With our utmost pleasure European Democrat Students would like to invite you and your company to the 50th Anniversary Celebration Day of EDS in Vienna, July 9, 2011. The event will take place as a second part of the celebrations in this year 2011.
After having had more than 260 guest in Brussels, February 1, 2011 at the formal Anniversary Celebration Evening with high-ranking European and international speakers and guest, the second part of our celebration will be rather like a family-meeting. Former members will assemble in Vienna, the city EDS was founded in and share in several thematic panels their experiences about EDS and their activities.
We do encourage you to take part in this event extensively. Our hosts from AktionsGemeinschaft Austria have prepared this Celebration Day within the framework of the XXXV. Summer University “Five decades of student policies in Europe” and the XLI. Annual Meeting the day later. Also, the special edition of the 50th Anniversary magazine BULLSEYE will be distributed here. For the participation EDS is asking for a registration fee of 50,- EUR, payable at registration at the Secretariat. For the hotel booking, EDS arranged special prices at Ibis Hotel, rates and booking code available at Secretariat. More information will be soon available at www.eds-summeru.eu The deadline for registrations in June 15.
