Stefan Arsov graduated in Law from Sofia University. In 2023, he was appointed Deputy Regional Governor of Sofia, and a year later he became the Regional Governor of Sofia. Following the completion of his term, he was elected as a Member of Parliament representing the GERB/EPP parliamentary group.
